Marazzi platforms spectrum of tiles on Dezeen Showroom

Dezeen Showroom: Italian manufacturer Marazzi has listed a selection of its latest tiles on Dezeen Showroom, including those that resemble stone and terracotta.

Marazzi’s Mystone Berici tiles share a warm beige colouration informed by the appearance of a calcareous variety of stone quarried near the Italian city of Vicenza.

The Mystone Berici tiles come in a selection of 3D textures etched into their sandy bases

The tiles differ in their surface texture, which ranges from one that makes the tile look like it is encrusted with fossils and shells to one that embosses a botanical pattern on the tile’s surface.

These effects are achieved by combining Marazzi’s 3D Ink with the brand’s own Touch technology, which sees glossy and matt grits applied to create a detailed relief.

Informed by the aesthetic of terracotta, the brand’s Slow tiles come in six shades ranging from beige to brown.

Slight variations are purposefully applied to the surface, giving them a handmade look that furthers their realistic appearance.

The brand used 3D printing methods to give its Silver Root tiles a realistically veined finish.

A neutral colour palette of beiges and browns span rectangular or square formats, which can be used to cover walls, floors and worktops in kitchens, bathrooms and other interior spaces.

The Frammento tiles take cues from the fragmented aesthetic of Venetian Terrazzo, but are decorated by AI-generated patterns.

Three colourways are available, and each is suitable for commercial or domestic applications thanks to its anti-slip properties.

Marazzi’s Artcraft tiles come in plain and patterned finishes that evoke the appearance of terracotta.

They come in hexagonal, square and rectangular shapes and are made using advanced manufacturing techniques.
