Over 300 witches will don their best witch-wear and extravagantly decorated brooms (bikes) to ride during Achievement Centers for Children & Families’ (ACCF) 13th Annual Witches of Delray Beach Bike Ride at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26. The witches will ride through Downtown Delray Beach starting at City Hall, heading down the famed Atlantic Avenue and ending at the Old School Square Pavilion. The funds generated from the Witches Ride go directly to supporting the ACCF, a nonprofit organization committed to helping children and families in need in Delray Beach and the neighboring communities.
“As we mark the 13th anniversary of our Witches Ride, we are reminded of the incredible community spirit that has made this event so special,” Stephanie Seibel says, CEO of the Achievement Centers. “It’s not just about the costumes and the fun—it’s about coming together to support a cause that has such a meaningful impact. It’s incredible to see how much the event has grown over the years. It brings so much joy and support to our organization, and we’re excited to see it continue to grow.”
The event will wrap up with a party at the Old School Square Outdoor Pavilion Stage, featuring music and award ceremonies for categories like “Best Costume,” “Best Witch Cackle,” “Best Decorated Broom (Bike)” and “Best Group Theme.” Additionally, the Annual “Witches Brew” will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 18.
