Calvin Klein, a division of Coty, has launched CK One Essence, an intensified, premium take on the original scent, introducing a bold addition to the CK One fragrance portfolio.
CK One Essence comes 30 years after the original CK One, paying homage to the original fragrance’s olfactive DNA.
Similar to the bottle for CK One, CK One Essence comes in a screw-top flask. The bottle features a removable pump and a translucent metallic finish revealing the fragrance inside. Its secondary metallic carton highlights the luxe nature of the new fragrance’s ingredients.
Both the bottle and secondary packaging were reimagined with premium, environmentally preferred finishes.

CK One Essence features an “explosive, energetic, and captivating fragrance. The new scent is “equal parts fresh, pure and sensual—an everyday uniform for a new generation.”

Top notes: Italian Bergamot, responsibly sourced from a family-owned farm in Calabria, and blood orange.

Heart notes: a selection of teas, including organic green tea.

Base notes: a specific musk upcycled from the paper industry and sandalwood accord.
To launch this new fragrance, Calvin Klein partnered with Alasdair McLellan for a new campaign.
Channeling the brand’s signature black-and-white portraiture, the campaign shows a cast moving dynamically in harmony, in contrast, and with total energy to the anthemic synths of New Order’s “Blue Monday.”
