Dezeen Showroom: flooring brand Tarkett aimed for an ultra-realistic look with its iD Click Ultimate collection of rigid luxury vinyl tiles, which mimic the appearance of stone and wood.
Suitable for high-traffic areas, Naturals from the iD Click Ultimate collection were created by scanning stone and wood directly from nature and digitally printing the images onto the tiles, ending with a Tektanium ultra-matt finish that enhances its organic look.
The tiles can be used in a no-repeat pattern for up to 12 square metres.
“Inspired by nature, iD Click Ultimate has been designed to improve wellbeing by deepening the connection between the outdoors and the interior spaces where people live, work, learn and care,” said Tarkett.
The modular collection includes 43 designs referencing different types of stone and wood and is available in a choice of five tile sizes.
There is also the option for designers or homeowners to create a personalised design by scanning and printing material of their choosing in coordination with Tarkett.
Designed and made in Europe, iD Click Ultimate promises ultra-low VOC emissions and an average of 20 per cent recycled content. The product is itself recyclable through Tarkett’s ReStart take-back programme.
