Kenvue appointed Andrew Stanleick the President of Skin Health & Beauty for North America and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He will lead the strategic direction of Neutrogena, Aveeno, and OGX.

Before joining Kenvue, Stanleick served as the President and CEO of BeautyHealth Company, the owner of HydraFacial. While at BeautyHealth, Stanleick led growth, expanding the company’s global footprint and improving brand awareness. Under his leadership revenue grew over 50%.
Stanleick commented,

Stanleick also served as Executive Vice President of Coty Americas, overseeing their portfolio of Luxury and Consumer brands across the region. At Coty, Stanleick led the successful turnaround and profitable growth transformation of this multi-billion-dollar annual sales region for the company.
Also, while at Coty, Stanleick served as the Global CEO for the joint venture with Kylie Jenner Beauty and oversaw the Kim Kardashian business.
Early in his career, Stanleick held senior marketing and country management leadership roles at Unilever and L’Oréal.
