The 120th meeting between Ohio State and Michigan is not for a few more weeks, as the Buckeyes will host the Wolverines on the final day of November in the latest installment of this storied college football rivalry.
But that did not stop the Ohio State band from taking a shot at “That Team Up North” Saturday.
During halftime of Ohio State’s game against Purdue, the Ohio State University Marching Band took the field for their halftime performance. During their routine, they had more than a little fun at Michigan’s expense. Slowly the marching band formed the shape of a bear, which then, well, took care of some business on the Michigan logo.
You can see the video, captured by Garret Price in the stands, here for yourself:
Ohio State took care of business in the game as well, as the Buckeyes blanked Purdue by a final score of 45-0 to improve to 8-1 on the season. As for the Wolverines, they sit at 5-4 and face a big test on the road later today, as they take on unbeaten Indiana, the No. 8 team in the nation.
