The taste of the beloved and shuttered Perricone’s in Miami is now just an Uber Eats order away. The culinary team behind Perricone’s Marketplace & Café has launched Pecorino’s as a ghost kitchen dedicated to delivering authentic Italian cuisine. The new establishment features the same talented culinary team and former Catering Director Laurie Powell from Perricone’s, offering delivery, takeout and full-service catering.
“After 27 wonderful years, it was difficult for all of us to bid farewell to Perricone’s,” Powell says. “We are eager to continue our journey with Pecorino’s as a ghost kitchen concept, bringing a fresh yet familiar dining experience to our loyal customers and new patrons alike, while remaining true to authentic Italian cuisine.”
The name Pecorino’s is a tribute to Italy’s rich culinary heritage and two favorite exports: wine and cheese. The à la carte menu features a blend of Italian comfort food favorites and innovative new creations, all crafted with the freshest ingredients by Executive Chef Felix Pavon.
Customers can choose from 34 different varieties of handheld sandwiches, along with a variety of appetizers, salads, pasta dishes, entrees and decadent desserts. Most importantly, Pecorino’s will offer fan favorites from Perricone’s, including Baked Brie, the ‘World Famous’ Chicken Salad, Fiocchi, Chicken Parmesan and Goat Cheese Salad. A rotating selection of daily specials will also be available, including Meatball Mondays, Picatta Thursdays and Fiocchi Fridays.
Pecorino’s is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., operating out of 1717 N Bayshore Drive Miami. Full-service catering, delivery and takeout orders for pickup can be made via phone at (305) 533-7163, email at orders@pecorinos.com, on Uber Eats or directly through their website, courtesy of Toast.
