For the second consecutive year, Texen has received the Platinum medal from EcoVadis in recognition of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) achievements.
EcoVadis is a worldwide platform that evaluates environmental, social, and ethical performances of companies according to 21 criteria grouped into 4 macro-areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.
Texen ranks among the top 1% of all companies, as assessed by EcoVadis.
Recently, Texen rolled out its roadmap in line with the principle United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The group is advancing swiftly towards its 2025 objectives. Over the past year, the teams have worked to exceed the 28 goals the group had fixed for 2025. The new CSR report is centered on the four major pillars: the Environment, Society and Human Rights, Sustainable Sourcing and Ethics.
“We don’t earn such recognition by acting alone. We owe this second Platinum medal to the group’s CSR excellence and the ceaseless commitment of all our stakeholders,” comments Rémi Weidenmann, Managing Director of Texen. “It confirms our leadership in the metamorphosis of cosmetics packaging.”
